Inaniwa-dried udon noodles with over 300 years of history

Sato Yosuke Kakunodate-ten (product sales only)

Founded in 1860. The technique of making dried udon noodles, which became the official dish of Lord Satake of the Akita domain, is passed down from father to son in the Yoshizaemon family and is kept secret. However, Yoshizaemon, worried that the technique, which had been passed down from father to son, would be lost, specially taught it to the second generation, Sato Yosuke, and so the family business was founded. Sato Yosuke Kakunodate-ten has been renovated while retaining its traditional Japanese style. The interior of the store has a nostalgic feel to it, and time flows slowly, as if to help you make up for any busy moments. Please feel free to come and enjoy a relaxing time. Product sales only
