The Sengan Toge no Chaya is located on National Route 46 heading from Shizukuishi in Iwate Prefecture to Akita. It is located immediately on the left after passing through several tunnels, including the long and famous Seniwa Tunnel. It is built on a cliff overlooking the Ihonai River, so you can dine while looking out at the magnificent view. Please enjoy the old-fashioned atmosphere that still retains a strong Showa era vibe.
