Birke is a small hot spring inn where three men live: the father from Kakunodate, the mother from Niigata Prefecture, who also has the saying Undansunaaa~. The rice served to guests is a special Birke blend of Akitakomachi and Koshihikari, and is well-received, with many saying the rice is delicious. Although our lodge is small, we have two bathrooms, one large and one small, so you can enjoy the hot springs by yourself or with your family. In addition, the playroom has comic books, ski videos, DVDs, small toys, etc., so you can relax here after dinner. There is also a refrigerator for guests, so you can cool any luxury items you bring with you.
