The owner himself did almost everything from the design to the bark removal, assembly and interior design of the inn.
This is a Canadian log house accommodation built with large logs imported directly from Canada. We offer our guests a relaxing space and heartfelt hospitality with meals centered around local Akita ingredients. Right in front of the inn is Sabo Culture Park , which is perfect for a little outdoor fun like walking or fishing. The location is at the entrance to Mizusawa Onsenkyo, just before heading to Nyuto Onsen. It is a 10-minute drive from the inn to Lake Tazawako, and a 5-minute drive to Tazawako Ski Resort. Kakunodate Samurai Residences are a 30-minute drive away.
