Learn about Akita sake from a local liquor store owner! Experience learning about Akita sake in Kakunodate's Samurai Residence Street!
This experience will be held in Kakunodate’s Samurai Residence Street, where the townscape from 400 years ago remains, and will involve pairing recommended local sake from Akita, taught by a local sake shop owner. [Experience Content] ・Learn about the characteristics of Japanese sake and Akita sake 🍶 ・Compare and taste 3-4 types of local sake, pair with local cuisine, learn how to warm sake, and experience the differences in temperature ranges (※Content will be tailored to the season)

This hands-on tour will take you inside the tatami room and brewery room of Ando Brewery, a miso and soy sauce brewery that is usually closed to the public, and will unravel the secrets behind the company’s longstanding commitment and delicious flavor.
