Photo Usage Application Form

  1. This photo library is available for free rental with the aim of promoting tourism in Lake Tazawa, Kakunodate, and Nishiki.
  2. The copyright of the photographs published on this site belongs to the Tazawako-Kakunodate Tourism Association, so if you wish to use them, please apply using the email form.
  3. If you wish to use any of the photos on this page (for commercial or personal use), please contact the Tourism Association by email, stating the purpose of use and the photos you intend to use.
  4. Each photo usage request will be limited to one use only. (For secondary use, please resubmit your request.)
  5. The scope of permission is to distribute the materials for the purpose of promoting Senboku City, and permission is not granted for them to be sold.
  6. The photos on this page may be subject to change without notice.
  7. The photographs posted on this site may not be reproduced, sold, loaned, or otherwise used without the permission of the Tazawako-Kakunodate Tourist Association, except for exceptions permitted by copyright law.
  8. Depending on the purpose of use, you may be permitted to trim or cut out the images to the minimum extent necessary. However, we will not allow any use that is clearly unrelated to the purpose of promoting tourism in Lake Tazawa and Kakunodate, such as trimming or cutting out specific people in the images.
  9. We do not permit any use that alters the original image of the photograph by modifying the color tone, etc.
  10. The use of images is limited to those that do not damage the tourist image of Lake Tazawa and Kakunodate. In addition, we do not permit enlarged photos that significantly damage the image of the original photos due to insufficient data volume or other reasons.
  11. Depending on the content of the photos posted, you may be subject to compensation for damages due to copyright infringement.
  12. Secondary distribution of images is prohibited.
  13. When using a photo, regardless of the size of the photo, please be sure to apply using the permission application form.
