Every year, rice fields along the Nairikusen are decorated with seedlings depicting pictures and characters related to various themes. Different themes develop depending on the year! ! You can enjoy rice field art planted in five locations between Kakunodate and Animaeda. The best time to see the patterns is from late June to early September. It has been designed to look better when viewed from Nairikusen train, so please take a ride and take a look. (There is also a slow speed service on the Nairikusen!)

We have a variety of events that you can enjoy while looking at the seasonal scenery of Satoyama!
It is used for many purposes such as meetings, reunions, various banquets, children’s parties, excursions, lectures, draft beer tournaments, and group trips.
You can choose from four types of vehicles: tatami room, observation vehicle, express vehicle, and regular vehicle, and you are free to bring your own food and drinks.
