Kakunodate Ekimae Kura offers delivery to accommodations within Senboku City. Delivery is available for 650 yen per item ! Please note that the deadline for reservations is noon on the day of your stay . After your hands-free sightseeing, please collect your luggage at your accommodation. *Luggage is delivered to each accommodation in the evening, but this varies by facility, so please ask a staff member. *Hands-free delivery is also available at the information center “Folake” located inside Tazawako Station. Please use this service if you are staying in Nyuto Onsen, Kogen, Mizusawa, or other areas. *The deadline is noon, just like Kakunodate . From “Folake” to the Kakunodate area, only “Onsen Yupopo” and “Rose Park Hotel” are accepted. (Reception hours are until 9:30 AM.) * We cannot ship to other accommodations in the Kakunodate area.
At Ekimae Kura, we have tourist brochures for cities, towns, and villages in the prefecture available. Please feel free to use them if you are planning to travel around Akita Prefecture, as well as for information about Senboku City!
Even if it suddenly rains, you can go out for a stroll without worrying! There are some available at the entrance to the “Ekimae Kura” so please ask a member of staff if you would like to use them.
Wheelchairs are available for free rental. As the number of wheelchairs is limited, please make your reservation as soon as possible. *Rentals may not be available during the winter (due to snow accumulation or freezing).
