Trailer House Guesthouse 2019/11/2 A dormitory-style guesthouse using a trailer house has opened in Kakunodate. *Due to the impact of COVID-19, for the time being, only the entire building will be available for private rental. 6-minute walk from Kakunodate Station, parking available. Meals are not provided, but there is a kitchen and lounge in the main building, so self-catering is possible (cooking utensils available, free of charge). Free Wi-Fi available. We also offer e-bike (electric assist bicycle) rentals. There is a supermarket and laundromat across from the facility, as well as a home improvement store, convenience store, and bakery within walking distance. You can also go out to eat at restaurants in the city, and the owner can recommend some delicious places. Please feel free to contact us if you would like to stay on a specific date or have any questions.
Nearby hot spring facilities can be reached on foot, by bicycle, or by reservation-only shuttle bus. 
Two hybrid bikes and two mini velos available from 1000 yen. *Available from April to November (closed during winter).
