The Original Soy Sauce Soft Cream, created through a collaboration between Kurata Confectionery and Andojyozo Co., Ltd., is now on sale and has been very well received. We also sell other sweets that make great souvenirs, such as sweets made with soy sauce, such as Soy Sauce Ice Cream, Soy Sauce Roulette, Soy Sauce Macarons, and Soy Sauce Baumkuchen, as well as Akitas famous confectionery Obako Na, Hideko Na, and Meishu Monogatari, a jelly made with sake from six breweries representing Akita, the land of sake.
