Handmade soba Sakuragi

手打ちそば さくらぎ

Our soba uses local buckwheat flour (Lake Tazawa), and there is also a set to compare with red soba (Takamine Ruby) during the new soba season. In addition, we also offer dishes unique to that season, such as Sakura soba in spring, Ayu botswana pula in summer, simmered chestnuts in Saimei-ji in autumn, and duck nanban in winter.
