Our Mochiri Chamanju is made with a chewy brown sugar skin that encases soft bean paste. It has a simple taste with less sweetness. It is our most popular product and is our top selling product. We have a wide variety of flavors, from the classic Chamanju to sesame, pumpkin, sake, chocolate, white bean paste, milk, and seasonal flavors such as cherry blossom, salted lemon, and chestnut. You can purchase each flavor individually at our shop attached to our factory.

We also sell defective products, such as sweets that have lost their shape during the manufacturing process.

Among them, the “discounted walnut mochi” that is the offcuts that are produced when cutting the popular “walnut mochi” is a popular item at supermarkets. (Depending on the production timing, it may not be available.)

“Age Mochikko” is one of our popular snacks. It won the gold medal at the 21st National Confectionery Exposition. It is made with glutinous rice flour and has an excellent balance of sugar, soy sauce, and sesame flavor. It is deep-fried in the highest quality rice oil, so you can eat it as is.

Its sister product “Kogashikko” is also a popular item.
