Semboku City Tazawako Tourist Information Center "Folake"

"Tazawako Tourist Information Center Folake" is an information center located inside JR Tazawako Station. We will help you with your trip. We are open from 8:30 am to 5:15 pm, so please feel free to stop by.

Baggage storage

Regardless of the size, we will keep it for 500 yen per piece of baggage .

Reservation time ⇒ 8:30 to 16:30

Coin lockers are available in the waiting room and outside the station (on the wall near the kiosk and in the bicycle parking lot behind the bus stop), so please use them as well.

Free umbrella rental

You can take a walk without worrying about sudden rain (^▽^)
It is available at the entrance of Folake, so please ask the staff to use it.

Empty-handed delivery

"Folake" accepts baggage deliveries to accommodation facilities in the Tazawako area.

Delivery is possible for 650 yen per piece ! Please note that the reception will be closed at 12:00 on the day of your stay.
After sightseeing empty-handed, you will receive your luggage at the accommodation.
*Luggage will be delivered to each lodging facility in the evening, but it depends on the facility, so please ask the staff.
