Inaniwa udon is one of the three major udon noodles in Japan, and is a specialty of Akita, which is named alongside the eastern yokozuna Sanuki udon. It's a very delicious udon that you can enjoy a smooth and firm texture and a thin but firm texture. Please appreciate it.

Cold udon noodles are recommended to enjoy the original elasticity of Inaniwa. Homemade juicy soup stock eggs and plums and rice balls related to them are also popular.
