Akita's traditional confectionery "Morokoshi" is a confectionery made from roasted azuki bean flour. "Raw corn" that retains the flavor of azuki beans without drying and baking. We sell products that are particular about "sorghum" such as "lightly grilled sorghum" that is baked to the utmost thinness with less sweetness.
