Nationwide tree-planting festival in 1968, is the Forest Park that became the national IkuTatsuki festival venue of 1978. Each province of trees have been planted as Japan map for each district.

JR Tazawako station use the Ugo transportation bus "Tazawako round line" from the station, get off at the Kenmin no mori, a 1-minute walk (about 20 minutes)
