This is a shared transportation service that operates upon customer reservations.
Reservations can be made via the dedicated website (TOHOKU MaaS) or by phone.

The city area and Nakagawa region operation areas are free boarding and disembarking zones, so you can get on and off wherever you like.
Other than the free boarding and disembarking areas, there are "Kakunodate Onsen Kayoukan Co., Ltd" and "Farm inn Midorinokaze".

The partial winter service will be lifted on Friday, February 28, 2025, and the following two boarding and disembarking locations will also be available.

However, as of February 28, the toilets and vending machines are still not in operation, and there is still a lot of snow remaining in most parts of the park and on the walking paths, making it difficult to enter. If you do get off the bus, please be careful about how long you stay there and how to find your way home.

Reservation reception hours	8:00-17:00 *Reservations can only be made the day before or on the day of boarding.
Fare (Tax included, same price for adults and children)	Regular fare	400 yen
	Electronic Fare	300 yen
	1-day unlimited ride ticket (electronic only)	800 yen
	Dakigaeri Valley	Both electronic and regular shipping fees are 1,000 yen
	Electronic fares can only be paid in advance using credit card or Mobile Suica. Regular fares can be paid by cash or Suica. The 1-day unlimited ride ticket cannot be used if departing or arriving at Dakigaeri Valley.
Semboku Resident Discount (Payment by cash or Suica only)	If you are a resident of Senboku, you can get a discount on the fare by showing the driver a certificate proving your resident status when boarding the bus. Regular fare: 400 yen per trip → 300 yen per trip Return fare: 1,000 yen per trip → 300 yen per trip Acceptable documents are 1) a public document such as a driver's license or My Number card, or 2) a Yobunoru Kakunodate -Semboku Citizen Card. ※② The Yobunoru Kakunodate Semboku Citizen Card can be issued by presenting the official certificate listed in ① at the general counter on the first floor of the Semboku City Hall Kakunodate Building.

Important points to note

*Transportation IC cards other than Suica can also be used, but PiTaPa cannot be used.
*There are deadlines and conditions for refunding electronic tickets. Please check the dedicated website (TOHOKU MaaS) for details. (However, tickets purchased on March 31, 2025 can only be refunded on the day of purchase.)
*Please note that departure and arrival times may vary due to sharing with other passengers along the way.
