This is a course of local cuisine using seasonal and local ingredients. It is a course that includes a variety of dishes that can only be eaten at our restaurant, such as "Happai Tofu", a specialty of Kakunodate that has been said to be so delicious that you can eat eight bowls of it since ancient times, "Kiritanpo Dengaku", which is grilled with homemade Dengaku miso, and our original "Sakuraba Inaniwa Udon", which is made by kneading cherry blossom leaves.
This course uses not only mountain produce but also seafood. The contents change depending on what is available at the time, but we offer seasonal produce in the most delicious way possible. Courses over 5,000 yen also come with an Akita Kuroge Wagyu steak. This meat has sweet fat and a tender texture, so we hope you will try it.
