"Morokoshi" is a traditional Akita confectionery made mainly from roasted azuki bean powder. We sell products that focus on "Morokoshi", such as "Nama Morokoshi", which is not dried or browned, but retains the moist flavor of the azuki beans, and "Usuyaki Morokoshi", which is baked as thinly as possible with less sweetness.
