Our shop was born in Kakunodate, a historical town full of seasonal flavors, and has been in the brewing industry for over 160 years. While inheriting the technology we have cultivated so far, we continue to create the taste of Akita that suits the times. The inside of the brick warehouse, which is the symbol of our shop, is open to the public for free, and the library in the shop also offers tastings of our specialty miso, soy sauce, and pickles.
