Grand opening on April 28, 2021 (Wednesday)!

This is a take-out shop for smoothies and pottages that "deliver richly" the deliciousness of Akita's fruits and vegetables. We use seasonal ingredients that change from season to season and Akita's traditional sweetener wheat candy.

1. Local ingredients

We use fruits and vegetables from Akita prefecture as the main ingredients. By using ingredients harvested nearby, we cook fresh ingredients and deliver products that take advantage of the taste of the ingredients.

2. Material extract

We value the taste of the ingredients we purchase and make confitures and pastes with less sweetness and salt. We will deliver a rich taste that is tightly packed with only the extract (umami) of the material.

3. Connect with nature

Pursuing the deliciousness of the original ingredients, we are particular about the seasonings that are derived from nature. As the sweetener, sugar beet and Akita's traditional sweetener "wheat candy" are used.
