Beautiful blue mountain stream, famous for fresh greenery and autumn leaves

Dakigaeri Valley

抱返り渓谷(だきがえりけいこく)

The Dakigaeri Valley is called the Yabakei in the Tohoku region, and the virgin forests on both banks, the waterfalls on the quays, and the unique blue mountain stream are very beautiful, and it is a famous place for fresh greenery and autumn leaves.

The promenade is well maintained and you can easily see strange rocks, rapids, and large and small waterfalls. The view from the suspension bridge "Kami no Iwahashi" that you can see when you arrive at the valley is wonderful.
