It quietly exudes a timeless traditional flavor.
Our store was born in Kakunodate, a historic town overflowing with seasonal charm, and has been in the brewing business for over 170 years. While inheriting the techniques we have cultivated over the years, we continue to create Akita flavors that are in line with the times. The interior of our symbolic brick storehouse is open to the public free of charge, and in the Bunkogura inside the store, you can sample our prided miso, soy sauce, and pickles.
