We will be holding the " Tazawako Ryujin Festival" based on the legend of Princess Tatsuko and Hachiro Taro related to Lake Tazawa!
In addition to a variety of stages and talk shows, there will be plenty of fun events such as a gourmet corner with a kitchen truck.
Additionally, the Lake Tazawa Fireworks will decorate the night sky and surface of Tazawako.
Tatsuko Festival
Saturday, July 15th from 10am
A graveside ritual will be held at Tatsuko's birthplace (inside the hospital) to introduce this year's Tatsuko role.
Safety prayer festival/marriage prayer
Saturday, July 15th from 2pm
A prayer festival will be held at the event plaza to pray for the continued safety of the lake, good luck in marriage, and a happy family.
Setting up the dragon body
The head of a dragon body, said to be one of the largest in Japan, will be installed in the event plaza.
